As the fast development of material manufacturing,the method of 3D printing prototype manufacturing parts become more and more recognized by the industry.But one of the biggest problem of the traditional printing technology is the relatively slow printing speed and high cost.If the traditional 3D printing technology used in medical treatment,it is difficult to meet the rapid demand of doctors on the physical model,which affects the efficiency and success rate of surgery.In order to effectively solve this problem,this paper applies the surface exposure technique to 3D printer based on theory of traditional printer,and finally completes the whole research design of the 3D printer system based on the surface exposure(also called the DLP 3D printer).The main research and results are as follows:(1)This paper put forward the functional requirements printer should satisfied according to the characteristics of the medical treatment.In this paper a 3D printer based on the technology of surface exposure is researched and designed combined with the existing technology advantages.According to the working principle and structure characteristics of the printer,the overall mechanical structure of DLP 3D printer is first designed,and the basic function of Z axis module,coating module,lifting resin tank module,optical machine module,rehydration module and the frame was explained,then the mechanical structure of them were designed.(2)Dynamic grid model is established according to the characters of scraper coating movement in the printing process.After fluid analysis with iterative calculation and postprocessing when the scraper is with four different speed and different shapes,X-velocity /Yvelocity's iteration diagram iteration and velocity contours of the liquid surface of resin tank is created during scraper running process.The influence of scraper's speed/ shape on the velocity field in resin groove is analyzed,and the operation speed of scraper is optimized,and the structure design of scraper is optimized to meet the fast convergence condition of liquid resin,so as to improve printing rapidity.(3)According to the control system principle and requirements of printer,the appropriate PLC is selected as the control core,printing process is analyzed and different program of drive motor control,level control,and serial port communication function modules are designed.The computer software is designed and written within the net Framework,a good man-machine interface is established,and the computer is communicated with control system.(4)On the basis of the design of mechanical structure and control system,DLP 3D printer joint debugging is started to test if every function module is normal operated,and tibia model is printed successfully.Through the experimental analysis of curing phenomenon,only the appropriate exposure time and light power can reduce the influence of curing phenomenon.
