With the development of the mobile equipment industry,the hardware configuration of the mobile device is getting higher and higher,from the original single core CPU to today's four-core CPU,its computing power is comparable to that of a common computer.At the same time,mobile devices applications are becoming more and more variable and their functions are becoming more powerful.This also brings some problems,such as the shortage of storage space and running storage,operating system failure and so on.It is obviously that the running efficiency of APPs on mobile devices has a great influence in user experience.An APP with better experience will get more users than others.In order to develop a flexible application system,Multi-Agent System and Multi-Threads in Java are combined together.Application structure needs to be divided into smaller components to decrease the size of application main body and make room for other system programs.With the Dynamic Loading technology in Java,we can download different parts from server and load them when APP calls them.In this way,we can extend functions of this application.In this paper,an App named “Health Management System for Airline Pilots” is designed,using MAS and dynamic loading.In this application,several moduals are organized together in the shape of MAS.Incidential moduals are not in the installation package and can be used in the way of dynamic loading.
