In this paper,the ECT/EST bimodal fusion method is used to measure the parameter information of two-phase flow.Systematic research on two-phase flow detection technology from three aspects: sensor optimization,EST image reconstruction algorithm and dual-modal data fusion algorithm.main tasks as follows:1.Systematic research on the structural design of the sensor.Co-simulation with multiphysics coupled simulation soft COMSOL Multiphysics and MATLAB.Coupling the flow field with the electrostatic field.Dynamic Simulation Study of Two-Phase Flow Medium in Pipeline.Can more fully and accurately evaluate the performance of the sensor.In the simulation study,the structural parameters affecting the characteristics of the sensor were analyzed,the main parameters are: the coverage angle and axial length of the sensor pole piece,the thickness of the insulated pipe and the size of the shield.Through the dynamic simulation experiment,it provides a theoretical basis for measuring the sensor design of two-phase flow.2.The serious underdetermination of the inverse problem in the image reconstruction process of EST(Electrostaic tomography)technology leads to the problem of unsatisfactory reconstructed image quality.Research on image inversion reconstruction based on compressed sensing theory.Compare traditional algorithms to improve the accuracy of reconstructing charged particles.3.For single mode ECT sensors susceptible to interference from charged particles,it is proposed to fuse the two modes of ECT/EST,and use the charged particle information provided by EST to weaken the interference of charge on ECT measurement.Data fusion algorithm for data research of ECT and EST,it is proposed to use the correction method of weighted fusion to fuse the two sets of data and correct the capacitance value of the distortion measured in ECT.Image fusion algorithm is used to fuse image reconstruction results of two modes,at the same time,the flow pattern distribution and charged particle image of the two-phase flow are obtained.
