Research And Implementation Of Unmanned Supermarket Management System Based On Cloud Platform

The rapid development of cloud computing and artificial intelligence has brought about innovation in the retail industry,and has proposed a new concept of "unmanned retail".In recent years,the domestic and international rumors of "unmanned retail" have been launched,and unmanned containers,unmanned refrigerators and unmanned supermarkets,have been gradually introduced.With the rise of the new retail model,it creates a smart shopping and payment model for consumers,saving payment time and providing a new self-service shopping experience.For merchants and entrepreneurs,the concept of "unmanned retail" is appropriate to save labor costs.Compared with traditional supermarkets,there are a lot of advantage.E.g one merchant can has more than one store simultaneously,wide distribution,and simultaneous management,which creates more profit for merchants and creates a large number of opportunity for entrepreneurs.This paper firstly uses UML unified modeling language,combined with the needs of demanders to carry out detailed needs analysis of unmanned supermarket management mode,and combined with public cloud platform-Alibaba Cloud,designed and implemented a cloud platform-based unmanned supermarket management system.The main research content of this paper is divided into two parts:one is based on the Golang language,realizes the interaction between the cloud platform server and the third-party payment platform,and combines the WebSocket protocol to realize the communication service between the server and various unmanned devices.The device uses RFID radio frequency identification technology to identify the goods;,the second is based on the PHP language,combined with the Symfony framework and AJAX technology to design and implement the unmanned supermarket back-end management system.The system is a management and support system for unmanned supermarket operations,mainly for the control and management of unmanned devices in the new retail business,as well as related business management such as commodity store management.Its related functions include state management of stores and equipment,visual statistics and display of sales data,background calculation of inventory and replenishment data,maintenance of commodity database information,and other complex functions.The system combines cloud storage technology to solve data cloud storage,data security and other issues.This paper realizes the unmanned sales supervision complete process,and combines a variety of mainstream payment methods to save labor costs,improve profitability,manage more efficient,and more standardized services;provide perfect products for the enterprise as an administrator.System commodity library management,system maintenance and security control functions,providing sales and management function interface services for RFID identification devices,compatible with a variety of payment processes for unmanned devices;and providing consumers with a more autonomous shopping experience.The realization of the overall system promotes the development of the unmanned intelligent retail sector and accelerates the implementation and promotion of the concept of “unmanned retail”.
