Abstract/Summary:
The wireless transmission system which has energy harvesting can collect solar energy,wind energy and energy of radio frequency signal.Energy harvesting is a promising solution to increase the life cycle of wireless nodes and hence alleviates the energy bottleneck of green wireless networks.EH technology solves the disadvantage that wireless nodes are often inconvenient to configure reliable power supply,and is a key technology to achieve green communication.When EH technology is combined with multi-input multi-output technology and antenna selection technology,wireless MIMO communication system can simultaneously perform data transmission and energy collection,which is different from antenna selection technology used only for data transmission in traditional MIMO systems.In the wireless EH-MIMO cooperative communication system,the results of energy and data antenna selection are still rare,and related issues remain to be discussed.In view of this,this paper carries out research on data and energy antenna selection based on wireless EH-MIMO cooperative communication system.The main work includes the following two aspects:(1)For the effective energy utilization and data transmission,ergodic selection algorithms of data and energy antennas for the wireless cooperative EH-MIMO systems,where part of antennas at the node are used for energy harvesting and the other antennas are used for data transmission,have been proposed.The maximum channel capacity can be obtained for the proposed EH-MIMO cooperative communication model,that is,it has optimal capacity performance.Compared with the traditional algorithm,the simulation results show that the proposed ergodic optimal algorithm can effectively utilize the collected energy to improve system performance,which is superior to traditional algorithms.(2)Then,In view of the high complexity of traversing the optimal algorithm,in order to reduce complexity of algorithms,two suboptimal algorithms of the data and energy antenna selection,named by antenna increasing selection algorithm and antenna reduction selection algorithm,have been further proposed and also compared with the optimal algorithms in system performance and the computational complexity.The simulation results show that the suboptimal algorithms approach the optimal algorithms in terms of channel capacity and energy efficiencyof system,while the suboptimal algorithms have much lower complexity.
