In recent years,with the proposal of children's adult height prediction methods and the continuous improvement of bone maturity evaluation standards,a child's future adult height prediction can reach a higher accuracy rate,in the early stages of children's development.However,the current professional height prediction method is rarely known or used.Many parents can only roughly estimate their children's future height growth status through some methods with lower accuracy,such as calculating by estimating the height of parents.Meanwhile,most bone age experts use the old scoring method to assess the degree of bone development in children,which needs to carry out cumbersome manual calculations,data reading,comparison operations and is less efficient.The paper proposes a height prediction method by estimating the bone age,and uses this method to design and implement an online height prediction system,aiming at the limitations,complexity and non-specialty of the existing height prediction methods.The main research work is as follows:1.A multi standard bone age assessment method based on bone development grading model is proposed.According to the problem of different adaptive population and period of presentation for bone age standard,which can lead to differences in bone development and bone types,a model with scalability and customization for wrist bone type and bone maturity score was proposed.2.In the original B-P adult height prediction method,the adult height percentage numerical model was added to solve the problem that the B-P method based on RUS-CHN bone age standard cannot be applied to Chinese children accurately by diversifying the adult height percentage of children of different ages,and the accuracy of prediction results was improved.3.Design and implement an online height prediction system.The system adopts Java technology,combines bone age calculation and height prediction methods with computer technology in skeleton,builds the system through web platform,and integrates the data model of bone age and height calculation into the system,achieving a progress from the interpretation of bones to the prediction of height.
