With the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the market's demand for large-size LCD TVs is increasing.But because of the price of the panel continues to decline,the quality requirements of TFT-LCD screen are more stringent.The TFT-LCD screen produced by the factory needs to be guaranteed in different environments.The most stringent of the customers is that the low temperature environment can not appear in LC bubble and the high temperature environment can not appear Gravity mura.The research of low temperature LC bubble and high temperature Gravity mura has always been a major research topic of various manufacturers.In order to get better display effect,product design needs continuous improvement,and process management needs to be optimized constantly.The paper mainly introduces the model establishment and application of the safety margin of TFT-LCD Liquid Crystal.We use the DOE method deisign,use the Minitab software to simulate,and analyze the factor influence degree by the theory of variation analysis,then find the key factors and optimizes the key parameters of production.The results obtained to expand the safety margin of TFT-LCD liquid crystal and reduce the cost of waste,provides an effective theory and research.Firstly,a single product A model is used to test the impact of the safety margin of TFT-LCD Liquid Crystal.The results showed that PS_CD and PS_DC have the greatest impact on the safety magin of TFT-LCD Liquid Crystal(P-Value<0.05).Further,through the regression analysis,the safety margin of TFT-LCD Liquid Crystal can be obtained.The parameter combination and regression curve,where R-Sq(adjustment)is 97.25%> 80%,the safety margin of TFT-LCD Liquid Crystal is the expected value and the liquid crystal safety margin center expectation value,and the best solution for the response optimization is obtained.The composite desirability is 0.98900.Secondly,a single product A model with different liquid crystal manufacturers are used to test the impact of the safety margin of TFT-LCD Liquid Crystal,the reseach results show that the two types of liquid crystal have little influence on the safety margin of TFT-LCD Liquid Crystal and the liquid crystal model is not the key factor.PS DC=0.375 with Merck liquid crystal were used to verify the safety margin of TFT-LCD Liquid Crystal.The error between the results and the fitting formula is less than 1% and the accuracy is reliable.At last,for different product designs,the safety margin of LCD of different design product is studied.The results show that PS_DC,PS_CD,and PS Density have the greatest degree of influence.After determining the final parameter combination,the regression curve is obtained,R-Sq(adjusted)96.6%>80%,and the fitting degree of the model is better.The model and the newly developed product design are checked.The safety margin of TFT-LCD Liquid Crystal obtained by the model simulation is consistent with the results obtained from the actual new product test,the error is within 1%,the equation model is applicable.The results provide a theoretical model and basis for the development of TFT-LCD products to ensure the safety margin of TFT-LCD Liquid Crystal.
