| Group SMS is a basic business for group customers to meet their production,operation,internal management and other needs.In recent years,business growth is faster,in order to maintain a sustainable development of business scale.In order to ensure the sustained and healthy development of the business,the large data analysis of customer complaints was carried out in the early stage.From the data analysis,it can be concluded that the main reason for customer complaints marketing SMS is business.Port sending SMS is not strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of whitelist management,customers feel disturbed;customers complain about external service SMS main reasons,first,customer sales information and black-and-white list is not synchronized,resulting in secondary placing of complaints;second,group customers on the website and other security protection means,resulting in the lack of.Malicious attacks such as SMS bombs cause customers to complain in batches.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis classifies the current spam messages,and draws a conclusion from the classification that fine management regulations should be formulated for group users.In order to achieve the above functions,this thesis designs four functions,including hierarchical classification according to the use of user services,and strictly stipulates that group users send through the MAS machine.The scope,content and amount of short messages sent;the implementation of enterprise signature requirements,easy for users to understand;the implementation of 0000 query / unsubscribe mechanism to ensure that users can independently order and unsubscribe business;white list management for users.The four functions are described in detail,including the design of data tables.The system completed the design of formal deployment on-line effect is remarkable,spam message complaints decreased significantly,improve user satisfaction,maintain the healthy and stable development of business. |
