Because of the diversification of the information transmission ways and channels,people can easily obtain copyright protected multimedia resources such as digital images and videos from the Internet,and illegally apply or maliciously disseminate them,Finally result in copyright disputes or other issues.Digital watermarking technology means making the logo,product serial number and other copyright information covered by a special identifier embedded into digital products in a invisible way,to protect the copyright of digital product maker.However,the watermark information is easy to be destroyed by image compressing or other image processing operations during transmission,so the study of compressing domain digital watermarking technology is of great significance,for improving the robustness of digital watermarking,digital products copyright protection and the identification of sources of information.This paper studies and designs a high-speed JPEG compressed domain digital watermarking system based on FPGA,and realizes the real-time embedding of watermark information in JPEG image and host computer's control and echo preview of watermark.First of all,a new digital watermarking algorithm based on JPEG encoding is presented.After watermarking information is preprocessed by binary and Arnold transform,watermark is embed into the quantized DCT coefficients with improved LSB embedding algorithm.Then generate JPEG encoding file by entropy coding it,to complete the JPEG compressed domain digital watermark embedding.Then,considering of the disadvantage of low utilization rate of PCIe in traditional DMA transmission,a double DMA buffering mechanism is proposed.The original carrier and watermark image are writed to JPEG watermark coding module,to FPGA,at high speed.After watermark embedding and compression coding,they are adopted back to the host computer.Finally,design the watermark encoding software based on Windriver PCIe driver,which can easily control the image data reading and writing and the watermark embedding.Based on Visual Studio window application program and Xinlinx Virtex-7 VC707 evaluation kit,set up a hardware and software development test platform,which verified the correctness of image data transmission and watermark embedding function of high-speed JPEG compressed domain watermarking system and tested the transmission performance of dual DMA buffering mechanism.The maximum transmission bandwidth of the image reaches 2143MB/s.Combined with the ability of FPGA parallel processing,the fast encoding of JPEG compressed domain watermarking is realized.The robustness of the watermarking algorithm was also tested.The results show that the watermarking algorithm designed in this paper has good anti-JPEG attack ability.
