In the traditional medical system of China,acupuncture is one of the most important part,and its outstanding curative effect of temporary solution and radical cure makes it widely used in clinical medical treatment.The key of acupuncture for further development in the world is the international standardization.Standardization of acupuncture is a method that investigates the rules and mechanisms of acupuncture effects base on the quantification of the acupuncture needle stimulation.The difficulty of acupuncture standardization is the standardization of acupuncture manipulation.The process of manually manipulating acupuncture needles to stimulate the acupoints of the body is difficult to quantify from a quantitative point of view.Since the quantification of manipulation is difficult to achieve,the quantification of acupuncture effect can not be discussed.Based on acupuncture manipulation quantification and multi sensor technology,this paper designs an intelligent acupuncture manipulation quantization robot system,which integrates manual quantization and acupuncture effect detection,and provides experimental platform for quantification of acupuncture process.Firstly,this paper puts forward an intelligent acupuncture robot system,including different sensors and detection circuit are designed to detect acupuncture manipulation,using multi sensor system to realize the detection of acupuncture effect;A human-machine interaction acupuncture manipulation display and control software is designed,which realizes the reception and processing of EMG,the sending of control instructions,and the receipt and display of feedback information.The control system based on DSP digital signal controller is designed.Secondly,the characteristics of the electromyography of acupuncture manipulation are obtained to control the movement of the robot needle and simulate the effect of different acupuncture.Finally,we simulate the acupuncture manipulation experiment,use the collected needle movement information to do the discrimination and analysis of the techniques.Preliminary experimental tests prove the feasibility of the designed system.The design of intelligent acupuncture quantized robot system can realize the analysis,quantification and Simulation of acupuncture manipulation.At the same time,it can collect the parameters of acupuncture process and quantify the acupuncture signal accurately,which is of great significance for the acupuncture experimental research in acupuncture and moxibustion.
