| With the continuous reform of the national examination system,examination management is also facing many new requirements and new problems.The traditional management mode and management means are more and more difficult to adapt to the requirements of the present examination management.It is necessary to explore the application of information methods which can strengthen the management level of the examination work and improve the service level of the examination work.Through an actual investigation of an examination center's existing examination management work,the outstanding problems such as tedious examination process,large management work and information collection accuracy were carefully analyzed.In order to solve these problems,the overall development goal of an examination management system was put forward,and the major technical line of the system was also defined based on related research results.On this foundation,the functional requirements of the system were analyzed in detail,and the specific contents of the major functions of the system were pointed out.Then,the modeling method of class diagram and sequence diagram were used to design the major functions of the system,which were referring to the contents of requirement analysis.The implementation of the major functions of the system was illustrated by using flow chart and pseudo code.After the above work,the overall work of the system had been basically completed.In order to ensure the implement credibility of the system,the major functions of the system were tested in detail after the basic implement of the system was completed.Through the analysis of the test results,the existed errors and problems of the system were corrected,and the actual implement contents of the system was fully consistent with the expected goal and the development requirements.This was ensuring the requirements of the actual work.The research and development management system provides some front-end service functions such as online registration,online registration,online verification and online support for candidates based on Java EE.It also provides some background management functions such as qualification examination,examination site automatic arrangement and certificate number automatic generation for manager.From front-end service to background management,the system covers all work processes of examination management,which is fully consistent with the actual management requirements.After the application of the Examination Management System,on the one hand,it can provide a convenient and rapid online registration platform for candidates,which could effectively reduce their exam cost.On the other hand,it also can provide acomprehensive information management platform for managers,which could greatly reduce their workload and improve their work efficiency.So from the two aspects of examination service end management,the system is to improve the level of the examination management that provides a solid guarantee for the more standardized development of the examination work. |
