LCM(TFT-LCD Module)is not only a national strategic emerging industries,but also a new generation of information technology in the specific location of new display technology.With the rise and rapid development of machine vision technology,this technology has been widely used in industrial production,especially in the field of liquid crystal display,it develops rapidly,more and more LCD production enterprises has been active in the process the import machine vision detection equipment.The "unmanned factory" has become a trend.This project comes from the special fund support project for the development of high-tech industry in Chaoyang district,Beijing.This paper focuses on software system architecture design,and studies the key technology of LCM quality detection system based on machine vision.In the early stage of software design,communicate with customers deeply.In view of the characteristics of production line workers,the user interaction design has been fully considered,user interface friendly,simple and easy to use.For the operation of the factory production line 7*24 hours,focuses on the design of C/S software architecture,Socket communication protocol based on TCP/IP,multi-thread processing and control,etc.,to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.In particular,this paper analyzes the errors caused by false defects such as dust and backlight,by using data structures such as circular linked lists,and flexible use of structure,pointer and other data types,The design realizes the pseudo-defect filtering algorithm,static defect correction algorithm,dynamic defect correction algorithm and continuous defect judgment and statistics,etc.It can reduce the interference and reduce the inspection rate effectively,and the research results have certain application value.At present,the whole set of equipment with system software has been stable operation in Wuhan TianMa microelectronics production line,and has been recognized by customers.Based on the good foundation laid by this project,the following successively won the procurement project of several vision inspection equipment,including Xiamen TianMa,Shenzhen TianMa and Shanghai TianMa,and extended to BOE.Vision inspection equipment business has begun to scale.From what has been discussed above,the research results of this project have reached the expected goal,the software platform has been preliminarily established,the following can be further upgraded and optimized on this basis,in order to be able to quickly expand to the LCD screen each process detection,and other areas of visual detection.
