Visualization in TPS system based on lung cancer is the technology,which can converts image data of tumor and organs from two-dimensional CT images into threedimensional entities.In the process of visualization,the TPS system need provide image processing methods for users.Meanwhile,it is required that the methods should have good interactivity and flexibility.In this paper,the key technologies of TPS system visualization are deeply studied.The main contents and results are as follows:Firstly,the algorithm of pulmonary vascular segmentation based on multi-scale dynamic threshold matching was proposed.In the part of bronchus extraction,a morphology assisted region growing method was proposed and applied,avoiding segmentation leakage phenomenon.In order to enhance vascular tissues,we introduced the algorithm of multi-scale vascular enhancement filter based on Hessian matrix.To realize the dynamic matching of segmentation threshold with vascular tissues in different sizes,the relationship of maximum scale response parameters between vascular enhancement filter and vessels in different sizes was also used.The experiment result shows that abundant vascular tissues are effectively detected based on our method.Secondly,the algorithm of multi-organ 3D reconstruction based on labeled images was proposed by redefining the topological form of contour surface,triangle and the form of vertex storage and partition in Marching Cube method.In addition,the concept of centroid was introduced to eliminate the situation of having topological ambiguity in intersecting form.Owing to that,the continuity between the visual models was pledged.The experiment result shows that our method can reconstruct multi-organ models with only one-time scanning of labeled images.Meanwhile,the structural relation between reconstructed models satisfies clinical requirement.Finally,based on the combination of MFC,VTK and ITK,the interactive image segmentation in TPS system was realized based on region growing and graphics methods.In addition,the proposed algorithms of segmentation and reconstruction were applied to the TPS system,accomplishing the design and reality of visualization module.In conclusion,the algorithms of pulmonary vascular segmentation based on multiscale dynamic threshold matching and multi-organ 3D reconstruction based on labeled images were proposed.Furthermore,the design and reality of visualization module in TPS system was completed.The visualization results are widely used in preoperative planning,intraoperative optimizing and postoperative validation,playing an important role in every aspect of seeds implantation therapy.Therefore,the research of visualization technology has vital theoretical significance and clinical application value.
