As the number of patients with dysfunction,such as stroke,is increasing instantly,people is attaching great importance to the study of lower limb rehabilitation robot used to help patients accepting post-rehabilitation therapy.It solves the problems of low efficiency and poor repeatability in the treatment of physical therapy used before.There are a large number of researchers both at home and abroad dedicated to lower limb rehabilitation robot,but due to its large volume,it can only be used in the public place like hospitals.As a result,it cannot meet the needs of patients taking physical training at home.At present,many universities and institutions have launched a research on rehabilitation robots,but mainly on the design of the mechanical structure and control system,few studies have been taken in the field of human-computer interface.Therefore,this paper will analyze the functional requirements of the household lower limb rehabilitation robot software based on Kano model and use this method to study its software interface design.First,this paper expounds the research method of Kano model and sums up a design process used to software interface design of household lower limb rehabilitation robot,and introduces it in detail.Then we need to analysis the characteristic of target users,so that we can make the product to meet the need of the patients.In addition,we will study the user's thinking mode and behavior mode,turning them into task form.After that,the initial demand questionnaire can be issued through the field research,and the preliminary software function table can be obtained.Later,use affinity graph and card sorting method to construct the initial functional demand hierarchy model.On this basis,use Kano questionnaire to classify the preliminary function and screen the quantitative analysis of data on the user's needs.At last,arrange out the expectations of users' needs and use the importance weights to analysis functional requirements.All work did above can determine the significance of Kano model in the initial phase of product design.In the end,this paper finished the study on the software interface design of household lower limb rehabilitation robot based on visual design and final software functional requirements of the hierarchical model.Through the construction of the information architecture and the design of the software usage process,the high fidelity prototype design of the software interface is finally completed.It not only confirms to the visual design requirements,but also guarantees the principle of user-centered.
