As an significant research branch of complex system control science, the con-sensus problem of multi-agent network systems has become a research hotspot in the field of control. The so-called consensus of multi-agent systems refers to that, the state of systems tends to be consistency through mutual adjustment between local information exchange. In the process of information transmission, time lag phenomenon is unavoidable. It will not only cause the system state hard to sta-bilize,but also make the design of controller difficult. At present, most of the consensus literature are based on the state feedback control. However, the state of systems is often difficult to obtain directly through measurement.the control method for selecting output feedback is more physically realizable.Based on it,this paper considers the problem that multi-agent network systems with different time-delays achieve H_? consensus by the output feedback control. The main work is as follows:(1)The H_? consensus problem of multi-agent network systems subject to external disturbances is studied.Aiming at the limitations of current state feed-back control,a distributed static output feedback controller with time-varying delays is designed.First of all, using linear theory, the consensus problem of multi-agent systems is turned into a stability problem. Then selecting a suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and using Schur complements and Jensen inequal-ities,delay-dependent sufficient conditions for the H_? consensus for multi-agent systems and the controller design method are obtained. At the same time, the H_? consensus problem of Lur'e-type nonlinear systems is also considered. The consensus criteria of multi-agent system and the design method of static output feedback controller are given.(2)For the systems studied in(1),considering the dynamic performance of the control system in the actual project,a distributed dynamic output feedback controller is designed, and there exists time-varying delays in the controller.By using Lyapunov stability theory,a suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is de-signed,delay-dependent sufficient conditions based on linear matrix inequalities and controller design method are given.Furthermore, the H_? consensus problem of Lur'e-type nonlinear system under a dynamic output feedback controller is con-sidered.The consensus criterion of the nonlinear systems and the design method of the controller are obtained.(3)The H_? consensus control problem of a neutral multi-agent network sys-tem with distributed delay is investigated. For the characteristics of neutral de-lay,a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed.Using the improved Wirtinger inequality method, the H_? consensus criterion of multi-agent system is obtained. The conservation is reduced compared to the Jensen inequality method. Then the design methods of static output feedback controller and dynamic output feedback controller are given respectively. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the method are verified by numerical examples and simulations.
