With the increasing demand for jewellery testing,how to complete and scientifically manage the process and data of jewelry testing has become an urgent problem to solved in the jewelry testing laboratory.This paper will be designed the software solution that with convenient operation,reasonable system database and professional requirement.Through learning about jewelry testing professional process steps,the analysis on testing management function of the practical application.This project is to cooperates with the CGJC to joint research and development a whole of large-scale management software system.The paper according to specific needs of jewellery inspection and base on the domain model and the specific domain architecture,to combined with the common requirements,that to realize the the development of common modules in the field.This development has completed the B/S model of the MVC architecture and single entry mode jewelry detection management information system.This system is widely used in the monitoring and testing center of CGJC,and also get a wide range of promotional value,which demonstrate the correctness.In this paper,the existing jewelry detection system is used,and some related problems are put forward.To analyze the text system of business process,we propose the goal of the system and analyze in detail of requirements of the jewellery inspection system.This analysis include the initial demand of the test,the demand for weighing,the demand for testing process,the demand for detecting the certificate,the demand for checking and proofreading,and the system ease of use,etc.And the nonfunctional requirements include easy maintenance,easy management,reliable and easy to use,and the system can be upgraded and expanded to analyze the function and structure of the jewelry detection system.The realization of this subject combination including the Apache Web server software,it can run in the widely used computer platforms,MySQL relational database management system,as well as the general open source PHP scripting language,the program embedded in an HTML document to execution,execution efficiency higher than complete generated The HTML tags CGI(Common Gateway Interface).The development of the project strives to save the development cost of the system and reduce the maintenance work.This system design and implementation of the purpose is to realize the use of scientific and effective management information system,in line with the requirements of practical,can give full play to the strengths of management information system,and summarizes the existing received record,sample classification,lab testing,weighing,data entry,printing encapsulation of detection rules,and the existing inspection plan and business process optimization,to optimize the business process after finishing more reasonable constraint rules,reforming existing gem testing process,with the important steps in the process of software testing,standardize work process,solve gradually along with the Chinese jewelry market prosperity,the phenomenon of forge proof,shoddy,prompting jewelry appraisal testing information in industry internal energy in recent years rapid and stable development,so as to promote the progress of the whole industry.
