With the reform of industrial automation and the development of mobile applications,traditional industrial production plants are gradually becoming automated,intelligent,and intelligent.At present,the technologies and products of industrial control system monitoring software have become mature.Everyone began to pay attention to the mobile terminal's control and monitoring of mobile applications.Industrial mobile applications can enable factory staff to timely receive production exception notifications at any time,anywhere,and monitor production sites for production monitoring.However,the current number of mobile platforms makes it necessary to develop a mobile application for different platforms.However,the current number of mobile platforms has made it depth.Firstly,with the background of industrial production and cross-platform mobile application development technology,the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the cross-platform industrial mobile application development framework are proposed by combining existing mobile application and factory production links in the existing industry.The hierarchical structure of the framework and the industrial components are designed according to the requirements analysis.Industrial components are a key point of this paper.They are designed in detail.Industrial components are divided into three parts,namely basic components,functional components and custom components.The basic components include registered login and data interaction;the functional components include equipment check,production anomaly notification,location service,remote direct control equipment,equipment parameter acquisition,and production parameter monitoring.Then based on the framework design,this project based on Cordova respectively realized various industrial components and data services.Finally,based on the framework of this paper,we give an example—Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer industrial monitoring and mobile application.This example mainly includes four modules: registration and login,production status review,real-time production data monitoring and historical production data query.Then it was tested on the function and compared with the original mobile application of the same model from different aspects.Based on the framework of this topic,it has obvious advantages in terms of development workload,reusability and user's visual experience.The basic components include registered login and data interaction;the functional components include use is to achieve a cross-platform.The use of industrial components also makes the development workload and development cycle greatly reduced.In general,the framework of the project achieves cross-platform and greatly reduces repetitive work.It not only saves manpower,saves time,but also reduces the difficulty of maintenance in the later period,and provides new research ideas and methods for the subsequent intelligent development of the industrial industry.
