With the advent of artificial intelligence era,mobile communication system is developing towards miniaturization,multi-function and intellectualization.As one of the key components of wireless communication system,antenna is faced with new requirements such as miniaturization,multi-band and broad-band.As an important type of UWB antenna,planar monopole antenna has been widely used in short-range UWB wireless communication system due to its simple structure,low profile,low cost and wide frequency band.In this paper,main parameters of the antenna has carried on the detailed introduction,theory of coplanar waveguide,medium buried microstrip antenna and the Yagi antenna theory has carried on the simple introduction,based on the design principle of ultra-wideband planar monopole antenna,analyses the techniques outlined in the related literature at home and abroad to enhance the bandwidth and the notch technology,this paper briefly introduces the theory of circular UWB planar monopole antenna,research a kind of circular UWB planar monopole antenna based on CPW feeding,and analyzed the designed antenna in frequency domain.On this basis,the following work is carried out:For extending the impedance bandwidth of antenna,proposed two ultra-wideband planar monopole antenna based on CPW feed,by loading director and medium buried technology respectively.Using 3-D electromagnetic simulation software HFSS to simulate the electromagnetic characteristics of antenna,analyzed the influence of the patch which is in medium buried structure on the impedance of the antenna bandwidth,and the simulation data are analyzed and summarized,with the simulation optimization,the impedance of the antenna bandwidth covers 0.3 ~ 10.7 GHz,relative bandwidth reaches 189%,and the bandwidth ratio reaches 35.67:1,Covering the entire UWB wireless communication system,the maximum antenna gain reaches 4.6dBi,which is improved compared with the same type of antenna,and the gain coefficient of the UWB monopole antenna which only loaded dielectric burial technology is more stable.Based on the design of media buried UWB planar monopole antenna fed by CPW,two kinds of UWB notch planar monopole antenna fed by CPW were designed by means of U shaped etch slot on elliptic radiation patch and symmetrical DGS structure on CPW structure's ground surface.By analyzing the current distribution of the U-shaped etch groove,the principle of notch function is explained.By analyzing the key parameters of the U-shaped etch groove,the notch frequency of the antenna is controlled by the length of the U-shaped etch groove,and the etch groove width and the position of the etch groove change the narrow band notch bandwidth.Unipolar point of dumbbell DGS structure resistance characteristic has carried on the simulation,through the symmetry in the CPW structure to meet the floor type dumbbell DGS structure and its key parameters were analyzed,and the receive antenna trap working frequency by rectangular length,width,and the distance between two rectangular joint control,DGS structure placement change narrow-band trap bandwidth.The antenna proposed can achieve the single narrowband notch function within the range of 0.3~11GHz frequency band,which has certain engineering practical value.
