In recent years,with the steady development of domestic economic environment,the scale of automobile consumption market has further expanded.Although the growth rate has slowed down this year,the whole automobile industry still has full development potential.Opportunities mean more intense competition and challenges.In order to improve the competitiveness of automobile enterprises and obtain higher profits,the social inventory management model of spare parts is an important link that can not be ignored.The traditional social inventory management mode takes the whole vehicle manufacturer as the core.Many problems in the management mode make it more difficult for the supplier to respond to the market demand quickly.Because of the buyout mechanism and information asymmetry,it is also difficult for the supplier to play a role in the social inventory management of spare parts.Due to the sharing of information resources,the existing value chain collaboration platform of automobile industry provides the possibility for suppliers to control the social inventory of spare parts,and also provides the conditions for cross-chain retrieval and matching of social inventory of spare parts under the supplier channel.In view of the above reasons,this paper will study the methods of social inventory control for spare parts suppliers.In this paper,the spare parts supplier LD on the platform is taken as an example.Firstly,the problems and demands of the traditional spare parts supplier's social inventory management and control mode are analyzed in detail,then the inventory management and control mode is designed,and then the overall solution of the spare parts supplier's social inventory management and control based on the cooperative platform of automobile industry value chain is put forward.According to the scheme,the allocation function module of spare parts for early warning and control of social inventory and support of inventory control is designed.In the allocation module supporting spare parts inventory management and control,it involves cross-chain retrieval and matching of spare parts inventory within the scope of platform data warehouse.This paper uses Lucene.net search engine framework to build index database,and then uses a large amount of inventory data of enterprises in platform data warehouse to select the popular word embedding model to train the word vector.Finally,the data set retrieved by hierarchical search is matched with the target data based on the similarity of word-shift distance principle to obtain the most accurate cross-chain matching results of accessories,which provides technical support for the subsequent cross-chain allocation business.The aim is to balance social inventory,optimize inventory turnover and ensure timely supply of demand accessories from the perspective of suppliers.Finally,this paper uses C# as the development language,adopts the three-tier architecture of B/S mode which can integrate with the existing industrial chain collaboration platform,uses Microsoft SQL Server 2014 as the database source and imports useful data into Lucene.net to build the index,and uses data visualization means ECharts to realize the display.
