For 2020 and the future,mobile communication technology will enter the stage of the fifth generation(5G),and NOMA technology is one of the key technologies to break through 5G.With the advent of 5G,the demand for communication services has increased sharply,and the energy consumption of the information and communication technology industry has also increased dramatically.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the spectrum efficiency of the communication network and perform effective power allocation.This thesis focuses on the practical application scenarios,focusing on the power allocation problem of the multi-user CR network system based on NOMA to maximize the base station revenue and the number of users.The base station revenue function is then determined for the multi-user CR network downlink system,and the base station revenue function is represented as a non-convex function of power allocation among multiple users.The optimization problem of the income function is decomposed into three optimization problems,and then alternate optimization.Aiming at the problem of high computational complexity of the alternating optimization algorithm,an iterative algorithm for user two-two allocation is proposed and a certain performance gain is realized.In addition,for the problem of low user acceptance rate of the first two algorithms,relying on the SIC of the NOMA system,a two-step power allocation algorithm is proposed to maximize the number of users while maximizing the throughput threshold.The simulation results show that the base station gain and user rate of the alternate optimization algorithm are significantly higher than the previous algorithms.The complexity of the user iterative algorithm is significantly reduced and the gains in yield and rate are achieved.The two-step algorithm can effectively increase the number of users and throughput.
