In recent years,with the increasing tension of spectrum resources in wireless communication and the continuous growth of wireless data services,D2D(Device-to-Device)communication technology has attracted more and more attention due to its excellent data offloading capability and spectrum resource reuse rate.Therefore,it is bound to become one of the important forms of the next generation mobile communication network.D2 D nodes can offload data in a cooperative way by forming coalitions,thus improving the throughput of communication networks.However,facing a crisis of trust,the formation algorithm of D2 D node coalition is not yet mature.In this paper,for the first time in D2 D communication system,a D2 D node coalition formation algorithm based on coalition game and social trust is proposed.This algorithm considers the cooperative mobile data offloading communication scenario of distributed D2 D nodes based on coalition game.The weighted difference between the throughput of the coalition weighted by social trust and the transmission power cost of the coalition limited by water-filling power allocation is taken as the payoff function of the coalition.In order to maximize the value of the payoff function,we adjust the coalition structure to the optimal structure according to Pareto criterion.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm improves the throughput and energy efficiency of the system while guaranteeing social trust,compared with the node cluster of simple D2 D communication and the node coalition formed by traditional methods.At the same time,in order to obtain the interested data from other nodes,a D2 D node needs to pair with another node.In the existing D2 D communication work,the prediction and optimization of the pairing success rate of D2 D nodes need to be improved.In this paper,Logistic regression is used to establish a pairing success rate prediction model for D2 D nodes and to predict the pairing success rate of nodes.At the same time,in order to further improve the pairing success rate of nodes,this paper establishes a combinatorial optimization problem of pairing success rate and proposes a D2 D node pairing success rate optimization algorithm based on hill-climbing to solve this problem.The experimental results show that the pairing prediction model and the pairing success rate optimization algorithm proposed in this paper have higher accuracy and better optimization effect than the traditional method,respectively.
