With the development of modern technology, online social networks have gradually become the main platforms for users to obtain and share information.Finding the users who play the most important roles in online social networks is of great significance to the guidance of information dissemination.Although much of the previous researches of network topology, user behavior and user interests have found that there are a few users who can influence the behavior and viewpoints of others.Little researches have based on the actual diffusion of information to evaluate users' ability to promote the dissemination of different topics. This paper proposes a method to value users' information dissemination ability which takes topic differences and follow-up dissemination of information into consideration. This paper measures the weight of links between users based on user preference implicated in historical interaction records. The value of users is quantified in view of PageRank algorithm, and the high-score users are the most powerful nodes to promote topic dissemination in online social networks. Finally,we grab the original data from China's Sina Micro-blog network for experimental analysis, and use the improved SIR model to verify its effectiveness. The evaluation of user information dissemination ability under different topics will help to find the most promotive nodes for information diffusion, which is of practical significance for the precise control of public opinion and marketing.
