In the current telecom industry,including both traditional and virtual telecommunication carriers,there have been millions,or even billions of users.On this kind of user scale,ERP system is facing the pressure of massive data.Furthermore,the ERP system of telecom industry is designed to improve the efficiency of business processes,so as to combine all functional departments to make decent management and decisions.Given the fact that the data between all systems are very complicated and frequent,hopefully the big data technology can help the ERP system to gain better query capability.The big data technology mainly consists of distributed file system and big data computing framework,and create the ability of resource management and resource sharing when used on a large scale.Speaking of computing framework,it includes batch processing technology,stream processing technology,real-time query technology,data mining technology and searching etc.for different work load,which can cover the general business needs.But in a specific use scenario,taking ERP system of telecommunication carriers for example,it requires the integration of above-mentioned technologies to formulate a plan which can make rational use of data and let data play its big role.In view of this situation,this paper is going to begin with the big data use scenarios in telecom industry,and discuss layered architecture under different work load and efficient conduction of data extraction,cleaning and loading job.Besides,the paper studies on the data asset management,making unified management of data as the basis for the use of enterprise data,to reduce data redundancy and improve the efficiency of data call.In addition,this paper also presents a method of verifying and auditing data assets,ensuring the compliance of the data entering the same big data platform,by the means of advance control,process control and post audit.As for the application or service aspect,the paper describes the method of unified resource scheduling for big data platform,as well as the discussion of data service resource sharing.Code development is the core part of this paper,starting with the analysis of the demand for big data,illustrating the deployment of infrastructure based on big data query system,and studying the business process design in detail.In the last part,by achieving the design of a query system,it will show how to accelerate the telecommunication carriers' ERP systems with the benefits of big data search technology and in-memory computing technology,and evaluate the security and system performance.
