The existing barcode detection tool is basically a special barcode recognizer,using the principle of laser scanning for barcode recognition.Admittedly,there are many automatic recognition devices,but can not handle multiple barcodes at the same time.These devices can only read one barcode at a time,those recognition efficiency in today's logistics industry with the speed as the life is far from enough.Based on the research of barcode location,preprocessing and angle transformation of digital image,this paper realizes the location recognition of multiple barcodes in a digital image.A set of multi-barcode positioning and identification system is built,which provides a reference for the actual logistics sorting using digital image to recognize barcode.The work of research in this paper is mainly carried out by the following four parts:1)Pre-processing pictures containing barcodes.Image preprocessing is accomplished by color gamut transformation,denoising and two-value processing.According to the usual filtering algorithm,the simulation test of the barcode denoising is carried out,and the best Wiener filtering algorithm is chosen as the denoising processing algorithm from the test results.Then,the algorithm of ringing suppression is analyzed and studied.The analysis of the barcode under the stain has been carried out,and concluded that the contaminated barcode can be restored by the filtering method.The above research will preprocess the image obtained by the camera and obtain the image which can be read clearly.2)The location algorithm of barcode is studied.Firstly,according to the existing edge detection algorithm,the edge detection operator and local binary patterns are analyzed.Then,the improved local binary patterns operator is used as the location algorithm to test the effect of each algorithm in the case of a single barcode.And then,it is confirmed that the improved local binary patterns operator has the best effect in a single barcode detection.It can be applied to multiple barcode detection,and also has a very ideal effect.The above research determines the approximate area of the barcode,determines the range of the barcode,and provides the basis for subsequent processing.3)To achieve the positioning area of bar code refinement and angle correction processing.Through the morphological processing,the positioning area obtained in the second part is refined in the region,and the position contour with complete and clear boundary is obtained.Two kinds of angle correction algorithms are compared and analyzed for irregular barcode.This part is aimed at the problem of the angle of the design and the solution to improve the coverage of the research.4)The barcode locating and identifying system used in the logistics sorting line.Firstly,the overall architecture and hardware platform of the system are introduced,then the design and implementation of the software part are analyzed and the effect is tested.Finally,the overall comprehensive effect of the system is evaluated and tested.From the test results,this platform can be three of barcodes in the case of the barcode positioning and recognition.This part provides some reference for the application of the actual digital image barcode positioning research in logistics direction.
