In recent years,companies that have processed large batches of micro-miniature products have emerged.Among these enterprises,there are tasks for shape size and three-dimensional model reconstruction of microscopic objects.The traditional reconstruction method has high cost,low efficiency and unreliable precision.On the basis of summarizing the existing reconstruction methods,a threedimensional reconstruction method based on line structure light point cloud data is proposed for this problem.The method has non-contact and high efficiency.Simple operation and higher precision.The research content of the thesis:1)Experimental platform constructionBased on the method of 3D reconstruction of line structure light point cloud data,an experimental platform based on the principle of triangular laser measurement consisting of camera,line structure light laser emitter and displacement platform was built.2)The object shape and cloud point acquisition and storageUsing the technique of line structure light three-dimensional scanning,the original three-dimensional point cloud data of the hard disk shell is obtained by the calibration of the parameters of the system and the accurate extraction of the coordinates of the center point of the light strip,and the octree is used to establish the point cloud topology relationship and store the point cloud data.3)Establish a three-dimensional model of the measured objectThe ICP algorithm is used to register the point cloud data,the Gaussian filtering method is used for denoising,the unified sampling method is used for point cloud simplification and the Delaunay triangulation is used to mesh the point cloud,and finally the formed grid is based on the circle criterion.Optimize the formation of high-precision 3D geometric models of hard disks.Through the data analysis of the experimental results,the feasibility of the proposed method in the three-dimensional reconstruction of microscopic object visual measurement is verified.Compared with other methods,the measurement accuracy of this method is higher,and the three-dimensional geometric model of the hard disk is better restored.The measurement accuracy error of the hard disk shell size is less than 0.05 mm,which ensures the accuracy.Figure47;Table9;Reference 66.
