Flexible electrons have been widely concerned and studied in many fields due to their extensible,lightweight and other excellent process properties.Roll-to-Roll(R2R)preparation process is considered to be one of the most effective technical way to achieve flexible electronic scale manufacturing.It can fully utilize the deformation characteristics of flexible electrons to achieve process integration such as film patterning,film peeling and transfer,and multilayer film lamination.One of the key control points in the flexible electronic R2 R preparation system is constant tension control,which puts high demands on the flexible substrate tension detection.This paper proposes and implements a set of tension detection systems for local contact and non-contact tension detection methods.Based on the design of the whole detection system hardware and digital signal processing scheme,a small signal low noise amplifier and two film vibration signal separation methods are proposed.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)For the preparation of flexible electronic R2 R,the requirements analysis and system design of tension detection software and hardware are proposed.Through the analysis of the requirements of the detection process,the hardware system construction and digital signal processing flow are designed,and the design indicators of the tension detection system as a whole and internal key modules are proposed.(2)A small-signal low-noise amplifier with double-ended input is designed.For small-signal processing of double-ended input circuit,combined with general design principle of low-noise amplifier,the circuit structure design is carried out in noise matching,negative feedback,and Miller effect compensation.(3)Two kinds of film vibration signal extraction methods for positive and underdetermined conditions,and an underdetermined blind signal separation algorithm based on VMD decomposition algorithm which is optimized by IWO algorithm are proposed.Among them,the positive definite method uses the JADE method to recover the source signal and uses the maximum energy method to identify the free vibration signal.In the underdetermined method,the IWO algorithm is used to estimate the number of sources,and then the VMD algorithm is used to decompose the observed signal and construct a multi-channel observation signal,after that the underdetermined problem is converted into a positive problem.(4)The proposed scheme of small signal low noise amplifier and the method of signal extraction are verified by experiments.A R2 R experimental platform was built to verify the feasibility of the noise,gain,bandwidth characteristics of the small signal amplifier and the separation effect of the film vibration signal separation algorithm.Finally,the contact and non-contact detection accuracy of the designed detection device was proved on the R2 R experimental platform,the feasibility of the research results in this paper is verified.
