The electromagnetic environment is increasingly complex,and the radar radiation source waveform is diversified rapidly.The electronic support system faces enormous challenges in the identification of radiation source signals,identification of specific radiation sources,and parameter estimation.Therefore,it is very important to extract the essential characteristics of the radar radiation source signal to improve the cognitive ability of the electronic countermeasure system in the electronic battlefield.Based on the recognition of traditional radiation source signals,this paper proposes the concept of radar source DNA(native attributes),and constructs a radar signal phylogenetic tree in order to study the derivative relationship between signals and features.This is of great significance for improving the electromagnetic environment cognitive ability of electronic countermeasure systems.The specific research contents are as follows:First,the radar signal waveform is transmitted,received,and processed using the existing radiation source signal transceiving platform.Through the study of the diversity of radar signal waveforms,the complexity of the object of feature extraction is clarified,and a new radar radiation source waveform is designed based on the general principle.Secondly,the intentional modulation characteristics of the pulse are extracted,and the unintentional modulation characteristic system response model of FourierBessel series is proposed.The signal unintentional feature extraction method based on variational mode decomposition is proposed.Using these features,the phylogenetic tree of the radar emitter signal is constructed,and then the DNA features are reversed from the phylogenetic tree.The DNA features then modify the branches of the phylogenetic tree.Finally,the application of DNA features and phylogenetic trees was studied.Signal recognition and phylogenetic tree node location are based on measured data.The existing type of radiation source signal is located,and the new radiation source signal is also positioned as a new branch,and then the auxiliary effect of the unintentional modulation feature on the intentional feature is verified.The experimental results of signal recovery show that the auxiliary of the phylogenetic tree has positive significance for the estimation of the parameters of the electronic battlefield receiver.In order to adapt to the cognitive development of the radiation source database,this paper also focuses on the construction of a radiation source DNA signature library called RadarWaveformNet.The feature library enables efficient use of DNA features and facilitates the recognition of radar signal banks.
