With the increasing attention of sports and the growing awareness of healthy life,the intelligent sports equipment has ushered in the best development opportunities.At the same time,with the help of the development of MEMS sensor technology,the human motion information acquisition system based on MEMS has a great significance.The system can realize the real-time monitoring of human motion status and body information,and timely warning the possible sports injuries.The system can be used in competitive sports events to record athletes' training data and assist athletes to formulate reasonable training plans,in order to improve athletes' performance.Therefore,the human motion information acquisition system based on MEMS and its further application in daily life and competitive sports are of great significance.Firstly,according to the main application of the system,the MEMS needed for the system are modeled and analyzed.In order to ensure the measurement accuracy,their calibration methods are given respectively.To solve the accuracy lose cased by the temperature,the temperature compensation of the MEMS is made.Then a multi-sensor synchronous testing method is presented to improve the calibration,temperature compensation and testing efficiency of the MEMS.Then,aiming at the practical application requirement of human motion information acquisition system based on MEMS,the paper designs an attitude estimation algorithm according to the characteristics of the MEMS,to realize the conversion from sensor measurement data to attitude data.What's more,analyses and improves were made to perfect the performance of the algorithm,and the algorithm turned out to be an all-angle attitude estimation algorithm.TDOA algorithm is selected from four UWB localization algorithms after comparing,and detailed analysis and simulation are carried out to ensure the localization accuracy of UWB localization algorithm.Next,the paper completes the hardware design of the whole system.Firstly,the overall design scheme of the system is given.On this basis,modular design is adopted to design the attitude measurement unit,UWB positioning unit and data storage and communication unit,in which the attitude measurement unit is designed to face different requirements in actual use.In order to ensure the reliability of data storage and transmission,data offline storage unit and Bluetooth remote communication unit are designed respectively.The system adopts modular design,which makes the system more convenient to expand and upgrade,and has better applicability and reliability.Finally,the paper tests the performance of the system,mainly completes the static and dynamic attitude estimation accuracy and UWB positioning accuracy test,and then uses the system to collect and verify the information acquisition ability of common head movements,and in the application environment of badminton as the background,the integrity of the system is tested.It can be tested and verified that it has the ability of collecting motion information.It can cooperate with intelligent algorithms such as neural network to complete more specific human motion information analysis function.
