Radio Frequency(RF)receiver is one of the most important modules in communication systems,which needs to consider the performance characteristics,power consumption and volume in the design process.Meanwhile,different receiver architectures bring different challenges.Different communication systems require different architectures of the receiver.With the development of mobile communication,the update of communication brings continuous demand and requirement of the receiver module.Therefore,the design of receivers that meet the requirements of future communication protocols and communication systems has always been the goal and intention.In this paper,starting from the basic filter design method,combined with the filter coupling matrix theory,we introduce and analyze the theoretical basis of the filter in the design process in detail,and introduce several common filter structures.Then,several RF filters suitable for 5GHz band are analyzed and designed.Finally,the receiver system architecture suitable for 5GHz frequency band is analyzed with the receiver system model of different architectures,and the possible problems in the design process are also analyzed and the corresponding solution is given.The specific work of this paper includes:Combined with the demand for high-performance miniaturization of multi-channel receivers,several filters suitable for the 5 GHz band are designed and implemented.Then based on the classic superheterodyne receiver system architecture,the device selection and performance analysis simulation of multi-channel receiver system are completed according to the requirement of 5GHz frequency band to RF terminal.Then the realization and debugging of the receiver are completed.On this basis,combined with the needs of high-performance multi-channel receiver miniaturization,we have designed and implemented the filter with favorable performance,and completed the receiver implementation and debugging.Finally,the improvement of the receiver in high performance miniaturization is analyzed.In the aspect of high performance,a coaxial cavity filter for RF front end is designed and implemented to improve the noise figure of the receiver.In miniaturization,the vertical interconnection structure of the substrate integrated waveguide filter is completed,which effectively improves the level of receiver's miniaturization.
