Aircraft power supply ground testing system to solve the problem within the space vehicle power supply has not yet had the standard performance evaluation method and platform,low product test coverage and fault diagnosis combined with the actual problems,is the study of aircraft power supply performance standardization of automatic test system and fault diagnosis analysis as the means,is the ground for improving vehicle power supply performance testing ability of fast response,high coverage and trust as the goal,is to promote vehicle power supply in the field of rapid production testing and reliability analysis branch rapid development.Based on the current status of automatic testing at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current status of testing methods for aircraft power supply,summarizes the urgent need of aircraft power for ground test system,and proposes solutions.Based on the actual test requirements of the existing high-power aircraft power supply,a high-power aircraft power supply ground test system is designed and implemented,and a complete set of quality control system,test platform and health management system of the aircraft power supply is established.The system can realize the rapid establishment of a platform for automatic product testing system,the aircraft power supply quality grading,semi-physical simulation,fault diagnosis and health management,and the power product control.In this paper,NI LabVIEW is used as the software development tool of the system,and the system runs on the Windows platform.LabVIEW is adopted to provide a mature design scheme as the system software architecture.At the same time,the excellent remote control and telemetry method of the instrument driven by LabVIWE's VISA is used to reduce the difficulty of the system development and improve the accuracy of the power part control of the system.The implementation includes system main interface,authority management,test calibration parameter management,automatic test function,manual control function and test case.At the same time,monte carlo analysis method is studied and applied to evaluate the output parameters of aircraft power supply.
