With the development of economy,the influence of electronic commerce has spread to all over the world.Various kinds of transnational and cross-regional trade are growing rapidly.The most important part of warehouse management is delivery and distribution of goods smoothly to reduce inventory.Effectively reducing the cost of warehouse operation and maintenance is an important breakthrough to improve the efficiency of enterprises.The function of warehouse has gradually changed from managing storage to complete daily operation smoothly.When facing retail orders,warehouse pickers need to pick up a variety of small quantities of goods,the use of large warehouse forklift and other equipment will reduce the efficiency of picking goods.It also increases the risk of mis-picking.This paper researching on new voice technology combined with the new dynamic path planning method to resolve these problems and improves production efficiency.This paper has completed the research of the new algorithm for path planning,establish the voice guidance warehouse management system model,implement and test for the new system.To compare the test scenarios,the result proves that the voice guidance system with dynamic path planning can effectively reduce the time of picking operation,also improve the picking accuracy.This can be applied to the existing warehouse system to improve the efficiency and accuracy.The paper research work from the start of the work to the end has below three steps:Firstly,to introduce dynamic path calculation method of warehouse management path planning function.In the process of picking,the new optimal path is dynamically generated,and verify the accuracy and performance of new system which contains dynamic path planning.To optimize the current warehouse management system,the function reduces the number of times of picking and fully planning the route of each picking work.The new system improves the ability of picking goods for the retail trade.Secondly,accomplish the design of voice guidance system.Doing picking work with the voice guidance of headset.It releases your hands and improve the accuracy and efficiency.Compare to traditional paper form or RF device,headset is lighter and easier for user to learn to use.Finally,this paper completes the voice guidance warehouse management system based on dynamic path planning.The new system has the function of dynamic path planning,voice guidance picking,and picking according to the list.The functional test and contrast test of the new system is accomplished with good result.The availability and extensibility of the voice guidance warehouse management system based on dynamic path planning have been proved.The comparison tests for new system and the old comes out an expected result.At the end,the new system improves picking speed and picking accuracy.This paper has done some picking function and part with voice guidance planning function.Some APIs had been created for further implementation in storage and inventory functions.In the future,to adapt to the huge business,it will continue to introduce modern technologies,such as AI,to make more improvement to warehouse operations.
