| This thesis is to set the weighted factors between target and revenue for qualitative demands in a project,and realize their quantitative demand management,which will help project manager away from intuitive judgment on demand development prioritizing and reduce their deviation on management decision.The research will take an OTA app from company X as an example,study their qualitative demand management problem from user demand acquisition,demand modeling analysis,workload estimation and priority order as four aspects,through their hotel cancellation insurance app service project.In this thesis,it will take NPS as user survey method,quantifies user satisfaction on the app,mining potential demands from users' dissatisfaction,appraises the importance of demand realization to users.To quantify the value return after the requirement realization,it is analyzed the effect of requirement realization on X Company's revenue through customer value model,and quantified the effect by A/b test.To evaluate the workload of demand implement,it is used the COCMO II model to analyze the workload and staffing on app demand development.Finally,with quantitative scoring on demand implement,considering customer satisfaction,income value,development workload cost as three dimensions,it is established the benchmark layer of logic in SAHP method,which realizes the demand prioritizing on hotel cancellation insurance app service project.Compared with the previous research,this thesis mainly focuses on the application of various quantitative analysis methods on service app demand management,and establishes the quantitative analysis framework for qualitative demands,It is also an exploration in app project,researching how to unify quantitative management qualitative demand and quantitative demand has certain reference meaning under a same management system. |
