Container is the virtual technology of Linux kernel which provides lightweight virtualization. In container, processes and resources can be isolated without the mechanism of instruction interpretation and other complex features of full virtualization. The major idea of container is to partition the resources managed by one single operating system into isolated groups, and keep their demand in balance. As a lightweight virtualization technology,Linux container has many advantages compared with traditional virtualization technology. However, there is still plenty space for improvement for this emerging technology. Many people have devoted themselves to this subject. We implement CentralShell,a centralized management terminal of Linux containers, which has the following three main functions:· Centralized management terminal: provide direct control and management of all containers for container suppliers.· Authority grouping: restrict container buyers managing their containers only.· Sensible resource isolation: make the influence of resource isolation sensible to processes in containers.
