In the Internet of Things,a wireless device is used to receive a reflected signal generated by an object on a wireless signal, and an image of the object can be obtained through analysis. The wireless imaging technology is used in environmental obstacle perception, smart home monitoring, human body gesture recognition in an interactive game, and the like. There is a strong demand for this aspect, which has led to extensive research by researchers. Most of the ideas of existing wireless imaging solutions come from wireless positioning. The method of scanning an object and synthesizing an image using an ultra-wideband signal is not widely popularized because a commercial wireless communication device does not support an ultrawideband signal. The antenna array is used to receive signals, and the analysis signals generate different distribution patterns on the array to obtain the source orientation of the signals, and the result is synthesized to obtain an image of the object. This method does not require an ultra-wideband signal. However, because the signal reflected by the object spreads and propagates in the form of a wave, the antenna determines the error, and the imaging result has an unpredictable distortion mode. This paper presents an RFID imaging model that analyzes the signals received by the tag array to image the object. The main research contents of this paper include:1.According to the phenomenon of signal wave diffusion and propagation, the target surface reflection model is established. This paper analyzes the macroscopic understanding of the signal propagation mode in the existing wireless imaging technology. The limitation of the description of the signal propagation mode is that the signal reflected by the surface of the object is not diffused in the form of waves. In fact, the same area in the space The signal may be diffused by a reflected signal from other parts of the surface of the object, which may cause errors in signal orientation determination and distortion of the imaging result. From the microscopic point of view,we describe the spread propagation of the signal in the form of waves and establish a microscopic reflection model of the signal.Through the model,an important property about signal propagation is obtained: in the same set of propagation paths, the signal passes from the starting point through the reflection of the target surface and spreads to the end point, and the amplitude and phase changes experienced and the changes propagating against the set of paths are the same.2.An RFID imaging model is built based on the form of signal fluctuation propagation. In order to image the target, the RFID system is first used to receive the signal reflected by the target. For this reason,we analyze the RFID communication channel under the microscopic reflection model, and use the property of the reflection model to obtain a single set of reflected signals. Then,an RFID imaging model is established, and the receiving screen is composed of a tag array to sample the reflected signal in space, and the sampling result is calculated and analyzed to obtain an image of the target. After that, the paper further analyzes the imaging model in the form of two-dimensional Fourier transform, and obtains the influence of the array elements at different positions on the array on the imaging results.
