Nowadays,People about the distribution of the assets including for the choice of the ways of investment or investment returns and risk of game have more rational thinking,though with a strong background support of Banks,if there is no data to support or convincing data analysis model as a rely on,for the product managers faced by investors,our advantage is not obvious.Because there is no reliable data analysis,probability calculation,any model matching for investment is just gambling.Therefore,a set of fast through online questionnaire survey,through accurate mathematical model to analyze its reasonable proportion of financial needs,and obtain the suitable products to recommend,then try to smooth order transaction advisory system is one of the most widely used investment Banks in the financial sector.Citiplanner is a widely used consultation and trading system in Citibank in the global relationship manager of each branch,However its traditional asset reallocation Rebalance module in which it's manually controlled by the user through the Excel Solver plugin function,calculated the results,then input to the system,which proves to be inefficient,and poor user experience.How to optimize the obtained product and improve the user experience has become a focus in the study of this article."Constraint" widely exists in every field of scientific research and life.In our daily life,a variety of optimization problems are associated with it,the relationship between many commercially valuable problems,such as the timetable problem,scheduling problem,the design and configuration problems,and so on.This optimization problem in the field of financial asset,its commercial value has been more prominent.This article start with researching Solver combining with Flex,Tibco,Webservice technologies into the design and implementation of a financial consultation and transaction system.This system was integrated into Citiplaner at the end of December 2012 and successfully put into production serving the investment department of Citibank branches over the world more than a dozen countries,where nearly 5000 relationship managers who are with its help can provide premium service of tens of thousands of Citigroup's VIP customers.By the statistics,global wealth management products produced by the system daily turnover $5000.
