In recent years,simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT)technology has attracted more and more attentions because it can provide stable,controllable and reliable energy collection for energy-limited network nodes,thus extending the life of the network.Although the research on SWIPT technology has achieved certain achievement at present,but most of the research mainly considering linear energy harvesting(EH)model.However,existing studies have shown that the input-output characteristics of the actual EH circuit are nonlinear.If the system design continues with the theory of linear EH model,it will lead to a certain loss of energy harvested by the SWIPT system,resulting in the unreasonable resource allocation of the system and the degradation of system performance in the actual situation.Therefore,this paper studies the SWIPT system based on the nonlinear EH model.Aiming at the point-to-point communication system,a kind of energy collection mode based on the time switching(TS)architecture is adopted to propose a SWIPT system receiving method based on the nonlinear energy harvesting,aiming to provide a practical resource allocation method for the SWIPT system.Furthermore,this paper extends point-to-point communication into a three-node communication scenario,and studies the impact of resource configuration parameters on system outage performance of SWIPT cooperative communication system with ARA(adaptive receiver architecture)energy receiver under the nonlinear EH model.The main works of this paper are as follows:1.This paper proposes a SWIPT receiving method for nonlinear energy collection system based on the SWIPT receiving strategy of TS.Combined with the nonlinear characteristics of the energy receiver,the method can achieve the compromise effect of energy collection and reachable information rate,enable the system to make reasonable resource allocation,and reduce the energy collection loss caused by the nonlinear energy receiver.Based on the theoretical analysis of single antenna scenarios compared with the traditional resource allocation methods,simulation results show that under the condition of the nonlinear model of EH,compared with the traditional method of resource distribution,this paper designed SWIPT receiving method can improve the rate of system information,improve the performance of the system,get a better rate of energy collection and information of the compromise effect.2.Aiming at the SWIPT relay system with ARA energy receiver,the outage performance of the system under nonlinear EH model is studied.Based on the Rayleigh channel model,the closed expression of the system outage probability is derived,and the closed expression of the system average throughput is further introduced.Meanwhile,considering that ARA energy receiver includes traditional TS receiver and PS(power spliting)receiver energy harvesting strategy,this paper compares the outage performance of ARA energy receiver relay with that of traditional PS and TS receiver relay under nonlinear EH model.The impact of different resource configuration parameters on system performance is also studied based on the closed expression of outage probability and average throughput.Experimental results show that:(1)Parameters such as power split factor,time slot allocation coefficient,relay node deployment location,and nonlinear EH model saturation power value have a greate impact on system interrupt performance and average throughput;(2)The outage probability of the system is a concave function about the power split factor,the time slot allocation coefficient,and the deployment position of the relay node,respectively,and the existence of the optimal solution minimizes the system outage probability;(3)Compared with the traditional PS energy receiver relay and TS receiver relay,the ARA energy receiver relay studied in this paper has better outage performance under the nonlinear EH model.It should be pointed out that the research in this paper is different from the existing works.The existing works consider that the energy collection of the ARA energy receiver is performed under the linear model,and the work of this paper considers the nonlinear energy harvesting model,and the energy harvesting model is more close to the actual situation,the solution is more complicated,more difficult,and the conclusions obtained are more practical reference value.
