Compared with traditional cutting and material removal technologies,3D printing has the advantages of short development cycle and customization,and can produce complex geometric structures that cannot be processed by traditional technologies.However,due to the cost of 3D printing materials and the long printing time,the development of 3D printing has entered a bottleneck period.Most research on 3D printing today focuses on the application of technology,but relatively little attention has been paid to the "3D model",the source of 3D printing.The lightweight model can save consumables,shorten printing time and achieve physical characteristics that the solid model does not have.Therefore,a lightweight structural design method for 3D printing is proposed to solve the current problems through the lightweight model.With the lightweight lattice model as the research object and the new 3D printing format file as the support,the following research is conducted around the structure optimization of the model:On the basis of expound the research status of 3D printing lightweight structure at home and abroad,according to the existing modeling method,through the comparison and analysis of the arrangement mode and bias mode of lattice structure,a suitable and optimized lattice model modeling theory method is established,and the lattice element library is improved.By analyzing the data structure of the new 3D printing model,the lattice elements are extended to the core by taking advantage of the components and extensibility,and the new data features are given to the model.Based on the theory of elastic mechanics,the mechanical properties of different lattice structures are established by finite element method.Based on multi-objective optimization method to the lattice in stem diameter,shell surface nodes as design variables,by lattice bar diameter,the thickness of the shell and the model for the volume constraints,to minimize the stress as the objective function,the lattice optimization mathematical model is established,this paper proposes a structure optimization method based on lattice model,the optimization model can better reflect the results of the stress transfer path,improved the mechanical properties of the lattice model.The research results of this paper can provide necessary theoretical basis and technical support for the lightweight research of 3D printing model in engineering practice,and have important practical significance in improving the efficiency of 3D printing and controlling the cost of 3D printing.
