The rapid development of technology has enabled human beings to accelerate the pace of life,and human demand for services has also increased.People are not only limited to the quality of services,but now more concerned about their after-sales security services.If you only rely on manual processing to handle normal business,this level of customer service is not up to standard.At this time,the company's customer service center is particularly important.In order to quickly and quickly meet the needs of customers,we must further improve the call control system center of customer service to improve the service level of the entire customer.The Xinjiang government provides a one-button alarm device for the regular storefronts in the autonomous region.In order to protect the safe use of businesses and equipment,it saves police force and reduces economic losses.The starting point for developing this system is to facilitate system administrators to manage device data,reduce management costs,and solve storefront security issues.This system is mainly for call control system management personnel and general management users.In the system design process,MVC is used as the overall design framework of the management system.The module is combined and managed,and the integration technology of China Telecom is utilized to enable the call control server to complete the management and maintenance of the system.In the business function module,the requirements of part of the business logic are completed through a graphical interface,and the company's self-definition of the system is further defined by means of a dynamic tree directory.The system selects the Hibernate,Spring,and Spring MVC frameworks and integrates them to ensure that the system is running stably and efficiently.The database selected by the system is MySQL.Shiro technology is selected to manage the permissions of the system.Different privilege levels are set for different personnel to improve the SVM algorithm to quickly classify the status of the calling number.As the call control system continues to be more powerful,there will be a large amount of data,and how to quickly operate the data will be a huge difficulty.The solution is asfollows:(1)Through the Hadoop technology to complete the operation of the data,such as storing data,repairing the data,etc.;(2)completing the statistical information function of the call control system through the ElasticSearch tool,and according to the specific field The name is used for quick retrieval;(3)the data is merged together by the kibana tool,and then presented by means of a page.When the function of the system can be specifically implemented,in order to prevent the system from being in an abnormal operating state,the black box test mode is selected,and each specific function module is separately tested to further ensure that the user's requirements can be smoothly achieved,and at the same time,For non-functional requirements,it also needs to be done reasonably according to design criteria,such as high concurrency processing,functional response time,and so on.The development of this system not only ensures the smooth implementation of the function,but also makes the system safe and reliable in the running state.
