Design And Implementation Of A Web Feed Intranet System Based On Personalized Recommendation

With the development of Internet technology and enterprise informatization construction,the information flow characteristics of the Internet "information overload" are gradually revealed in enterprise applications.On the other hand,communication within the enterprise is mainly by point-to-point instant messaging at present,and there is a lack of an information communication platform with employees in the enterprise.With the expansion of enterprise scale,the Qzone and WeChat Moments outside of work communication platform become no longer effective for new employees,and new employees are less and less connected outside the enterprise,resulting in different departments and even different groups of employees lack of communication,narrowing the scope of knowledge dissemination within the enterprise and reducing the familiarity among employees,which is not conducive to the organization and efficient operation of the enterprise.Therefore,a solution is needed to deal with the problems that large-scale enterprises may face above.Based on the analysis of relevant research and product at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of internal needs and existing technology,paper designs and implements an enterprise web feed application system based on personalized recommendation.The system uses the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm and the logistic regression classification algorithm for personalized recommendation,the microservice architecture used as the system mainframe architecture and Docker container technology used to deploy multiple microservices.That is to say,it is still a traditional B/S architecture for users,but the modules are independent service units based on RPC communication.The system implements the basic functions of posting,comment,@,voting,thumb up,labeling,notification,topic and search,etc.,similar to Weibo and WeChat Moments.Based on the personalized recommendation system,HTML5 and mini program are used as the carrier to recommend web feed content,provides an open and immersive intra-enterprise communication platform,which solves the information fragmentation within the enterprise,not transparent enough communication,and lack of communication between new employees problems.At the same time,it has a positive effect on the corporate culture that is open,transparent,clear,and willing to share.At present,the system has been lauching within the enterprise,and its performance basically meets the needs in operation and experience.The average daily active user has reached about 3,000 and the system also has a good performance in security.
