In the past three decades,organic photodiodes have become the international frontier science field.Compared with other photodetectors,organic photodiodes have many advantages such as rich functional materials,adjustable wavelengths,low cost and can be fabricated on flexible substrates.They have important application prospects in image sensing and optical communication.However,compared with the experiments of organic photodiodes,the theoretical research of organic photodiodes is far from enough.At present,research on numerical calculation models of device such as current density,trap density,mobility and photosensitivity remains to be further explored.In this paper,the mobility parameter is fitted by analyzing the influence of trap density on the current density value of organic devices,and the photosensitivity of the device is simulated by changing the input parameters of the organic photodiode.The main conclusions and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Calling Fortran through VB for mixed programming,building a human-computer interaction-friendly data input display interface.(2)According to the space charge limiting current theory,two mobility fitting models of single-level trap and Frenkel space charge-limited current conduction are analyzed.Input the device related parameters in the mixed programming display interface,and fit the calculated results with the experimental data to calculate the carrier mobility.(3)Analyze and obtain the calculation model of the voltage and current characteristics of the organic photodiode with the change of light intensity.And a copper phthalocyanine-C60 heterojunction photodiode was experimentally prepared for comparison.The calculation results similar to the actual values were obtained by data fitting.Through the simulation model software established in this paper,the calculated values similar to the experimental results can be obtained.This has practical application significance for device structure analysis,organic material analysis,and device selection.
