With the rapid development of technology and information,more and more attention has been focused on information security.Chip-level security is the basis for securing the underlying hardware of electronic devices.More and more electronic devices add the hardware security considerations besides the fundamental functional requirements.Print device is the most important intersection of digital information and paper.The multi-function printer that integrates printing,scanning,copying and faxing functions is a common electronic device used in modern ofrice scenes.The security of the print device has become an important part of the internal information security of the enterprise.The security of the inside chip is the fundamental guarantee for the security of the print device.The general printer chip is not anti-attack,internal data can be stolen easily,and there is no protection for the content or copyright information of data output or transmission channels.Therefore,SoC secure watermarking system in the security printing chip can make up for the above security defects,which combined with image encryption,digital watermarking and chip-level security technology.This paper introduces the background and application of security chips,lists the typical security chips on the market,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different types of chip.In this paper,the image encryption technology is summarized,and typical image encryption types are introduced.The concept of digital watermarking is briefly introduced,and the relationship between image encryption and digital watermarking and its application are expounded.An image encryption module including Arnold replacement algorithm,SM4 algorithm and binary image xor-encryption method are implemented,which is then integrated in secure watermarking system.This paper reviews chip-level security protection technologies,and classifies them according to attack patterns,and introduces typical attack methods and protection measures for non-intrusive attacks,intrusive attacks and semi-intrLisive attacks.Anti-attack secure components are designed to ensure the security of SoC,including anti-attack SM4 algorithm hardware module,debugging interface authentication module,true random number generator,memory cipher block and secure boot controller.This paper proposes the SoC secure watermarking system architecture,which integrates secure components,image encryption/decryption module and digital watermarking module.This paper proposes an innovative image tamper-proof secure function based on image content features by making full use of hardware resources.In this paper,the hardware module and SoC secure watermarking system have functional test on EDA platform,and SoC secure watermarking system is evaluated and tested on FPGA platform.
