Advance robotic systems have their substantial importance in our modern industries because they are long-lasting and more reliable as compared to human labor.As we also know that Automated Manufacturing is the topic of the day in industry and thus also in R&D investigation in both industrial laboratories and academia(J M Skowronski(USC,1989).The main part of these systems lies in Robotic Controls and control of such systems for stability,effective goal reaching and coordination(timing,avoidance of collision)being an essential part of it.The robots must work at high speed and under considerable payloads which require nonlinear modeling.Their work is subject to bounded uncertainty in many parameters but precision must be secured(J M Skowronski(USC 1989).In traditional industries,the robots are basically manual or partially automatic and worked traditionally in open loop environments and such kind robots can't be helpful and long-lasting as they are unable to think and work autonomously.So modern industry and robots are all about working autonomously with less dependency.So for that purposes,high-speed controllers have been built to operate them and programmers have been tasked to program Artificial Intelligence,machine learning,and control techniques to this system with help of different control algorithms.So these advance robot can work more independently and autonomously.In this way,robots are optimizing advance industries very fast.Which not make them fast but also make them persistent,reliable and long-lasting just to complete our desired task.So this research gives the theoretical base about the robots,advanced robots,how they are being made,and what are the effects of different control algorithms and control techniques for controlling these advanced robots,and how these things are optimizing its performance?The algorithms have been discussing in such a way that all these system models can be understood easily.The evaluation of this research totally based on few case studies that were carried out under different kind of environments for different kind of robots,where robots are being tested and checked,by the mean of different simulation and results.These simulation is being carried out using multiple software's which will give us the results that prove the optimization in robots.
