Misplaced books sorting is one of the important contents of library daily management.With the popularization of open-shelf borrowing,the number of staggered books is increasing rapidly.According to statistics,by the end of 2014,there were 3,117 public libraries in China.In addition to all kinds of libraries at all levels in the world,there are so many libraries in the world.Under the background of Open Shelf Borrowing,the demand for the management level of books is getting higher and higher.There is also a growing demand for manpower.Therefore,combined invisible color book mark,image edge detection,automatic grabbing robot,robot motion control and other techniques,a mis-book automatic sorting system for libraries is researched in this dissertation.A new method of book sorting based on the hidden color label is invented in this dissertation,which not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of the misplaced books sorting,but also retains the traditional habits and ways for readers to consult books.The invisible color book mark technology is simple,the cost is low,and it is convenient to introduce the robot to realize automation and intelligence.Based on the idea of three-dimensional design and modular design,the ontology structure of staggered book sorting robot is studied.The kinematics equation of manipulator is obtained by kinematics modeling.The components of the manipulator can run smoothly and the end actuator can reach the target position of different height of bookshelf is showed by the simulation analysis of the manipulator with ADAMS software.Through the Matlab software simulation analysis method,the optimal parameters and the two-dimensional OTSU algorithm are applied to the ant colony algorithm to detect and extract the edge of the wrong frame book.The results show that the image edge detection effect is good,which effectively reduces the influence of noise on edge detection.The single-neuron adaptive PID control algorithm is used to control the robot trajectory tracking,which not only has fast response speed,but also has small error and can meet the actual walking requirements of the robot.
