Infrared imaging technology is widely used in many fields such as biomedical,industrial testing,and military guidance.The accuracy of infrared precision guided weapons in the military field is also increasing.In the aspect of infrared imaging guidance technology,the field of view and spatial resolution of the precision guidance seeker are limited by the infrared focal plane array pixel number and the detection element size of the infrared detector,and the field of view and resolution are limited to limit the infrared imaging.With the development of technology,there is an urgent need for a clear and wide field of infrared imaging method.In response to this problem,this paper introduces the idea of optical tomography,combines optical tomography with infrared imaging,and proposes a low-cost,large field of view,high spatial resolution infrared imaging system-infrared tomography In order to solve the problem of infrared imaging field of view and limited resolution,the main work is as follows.This paper designs and builds a complete set of rotary infrared tomography devices.Through the method of tomographic scanning imaging,the function of signal attenuation and noise filtering in infrared imaging system is realized.This set of imaging devices can realize 75 times and 90 times.150 times and other five different scans,using a reasonable tomographic reconstruction algorithm to ensure the quality of image reconstruction;For tomography,it is generally necessary to use the Dove prism to help rotate the image by rotating the Dove prism,and to study and use the mirror assembly instead of the Dove prism to solve the problem of limited field of view of the Dove prism.The fitted circle error correction algorithm is used to compensate the center offset error that may occur during the rotation scanning process,and the interference caused by mechanical errors and image distortion are reduced.Designed and completed multiple sets of infrared tomography experiments,and used Sobel operator to evaluate the image quality of the experimental results,which verified the research value of infrared tomography system,and completely obscured the object to be tested by capturing visible light information and always The experiment of the object to be tested,which blocks part of the information,confirms the imaging advantages of infrared imaging and tomography.
