In foggy weather,due to the presence of many suspended particles in the atmosphere,they absorb and scatter natural light,resulting in reduced image quality contrast captured by imaging devices,loss of information,especially image detail and color information,while It also causes the texture and features in the image to be difficult to distinguish,affecting people's visual system,and also brings difficulties to later application techniques such as image classification,video surveillance,face vision,and target tracking.Therefore,the research on the defogging algorithm of foggy images is of great significance to the development of human beings and society.Nowadays,the haze weather is getting more and more serious,and the defogging research of foggy images has become a hot spot.The development of computer technology is becoming more and more mature,and it also provides good technical support for the research of defogging algorithm.Therefore,the research of image dehazing algorithm is also very important.The traditional defogging algoritYhm is mainly divided into two categories.The first type is image enhancement,which is directly enhanced on the original image.The second type is based on the physical model,considering the effects of atmospheric light value,transmittance,and depth of field.In recent years,the second type of defogging algorithm research is more common.The algorithm in this paper is also based on the physical model to enhance the dehazing algorithm.In the image dehazing recovery process,the two most common problems are:loss of detail and color distortion.Therefore,this paper focuses on the detail information enhancement and color recovery in image defogging to study the defogging algorithm.First,A detail enhancement algorithm in image dehazing restoration is proposed.According to the atmospheric model,the important parameter that affects the detailed information of image dehazing restoration is transmittance.Based on the guided filtering,a weighted gradient domain guided filtering is proposed to optimize the projection rate map and improve the details of image restoration.An enhancement algorithm based on detail extraction is proposed,which is applied to the final step of restoration to further improve the details of the image.Then,the color recovery algorithm in image defogging reduction is proposed.The pyramid fusion algorithm is applied to the defogged image processing,and three color factors,color contrast,color saturation,and exposure are introduced,and different weight values are assigned according to different information of the fused image to restore the color information of the image.Finally,this paper combines detail enhancement and color recovery algorithms in foggy image restoration to restore foggy images.The simulation experiments are carried out with traditional algorithms and related algorithms in de-fog,and comparative analysis is carried out from two aspects of subjective evaluation and objective evaluation.The detail enhancement and color restoration algorithm in image defogging proposed in this paper has better preservation of detailed texture information of the image,and also restores the color information,which conforms to the visual system of the human eye,and is different for different situations such as the sky area.More or more detailed information,etc.,have a wider range of adaptability.
