In the big environment of industry 4.0,machine vision is the core technology of artificial intelligence.The application scope has already covered all industries,such as industry,agriculture,medical care,military,space,transportation and other national economy.Machine vision system can quickly acquire a lot of information relative to human vision,and facilitate the integration of information with the whole mechanical control system.In modern automation production,the machine vision system has been widely integrated into the production line,instead of making a large number of detection and positioning work,such as product quality detection,object recognition and placement,workpiece size measurement and so on.Aiming at wafer defect detection and recognition,a industrial vision guidance system was developed and guided by robot communication.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.according to the specific requirements of wafer defect detection and recognition,the industrial vision guidance system is designed and planned in detail.The hardware is divided into three parts:image acquisition system,industrial control computer and industrial robot.The hardware contained in each part is explained respectively.The software part is mainly composed of two parts of the host computer software and the robot program,in which the host computer software is the main body,and the robot program works with the host computer to complete the process.2.According to the characteristics of chip and steamed bun image,through experimental comparison,the process of image preprocessing for enhancement of image edge effect is designed and realized.Combined with the application of hand eye calibration in the actual environment,three kinds of practical calibration data acquisition methods are given.3.In view of the function of the visual system,the required hardware,such as the camera,lens,light source,robot and so on,is selected in detail.The software is analyzed and designed.The image preprocessing module,calibration module,calibration module,shape matching module,spot detection module,camera call module,communication module and communication are developed.The modules such as the module and other modules have been encapsulated in each module of the upper computer,including the interface processing of the camera call and the robot communication,and the general application of the system is realized.4.The two examples of chip defect detection and steamed bun recognition and positioning are tested,and the linkage test of the system is completed in the experimental environment,and the operation effect is good.
