Design And Development Of SaaS For Family Farm Farming Management

At the moment of in-depth development of informatization,the traditional method of paper-based information is still used as part of the family farm in the two-point pig farming mode.The reason is that the family farms are relatively geographically dispersed and smaller than the sow farms.The quality of personnel is uneven and cannot bear the high cost of establishing,using and maintaining an information system.Therefore,a SaaS(Software as a Service)system for family farm farming management was proposed and implemented.The users of the farmer and family farm services department,such as the in-house,technicians,and sales staff,all obtained software services through the Internet in the form of tenants.It fully meet the requirements of business process informatization from seedling to feeding to stall sales.The system was easy to operate and low in cost,effectively solving the problem of family farm informatization.The SaaS system of family farm farming management included six modules: basic information module,batch pig management module,storage management module,standard management module,household management module and report management module.The data acquisition and analysis of pig production and epidemic prevention process were realized.During the above two processes,feeding and immunization standards were adopted to promote the standardization of pig farming,and the production situation of pigs could be predicted.At the same time,the collection and maintenance of household farm household information,including basic information and storage information of household households were realized.On this basis,the reward and punishment system was implemented to effectively stimulate farmers' breeding enthusiasm.The system carefully divided the rights of the role users as the household workers and technicians in the household farm service department.The households only needed to manage and maintain the production situation within their rights.The technician of the service department could help the farmers in the jurisdiction to input data such as pig consumption,batch pig immunity,batch pig death and batch pig elimination.The system achieved the difference and variability of user role's authorization through workflow engine.In addition,managers could summarize the pig farming situation of peasant households every day through the report forms,and could also generate various production reports according to the corresponding time period,accurately and intuitively view the pig farming production situation of each peasant household,and provide data support for production analysis.The system used Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 integrated development environment,using C# language,MySQL 5.6 database for system development.The system has been successfully implemented in hundreds of family farms of a certain group company,which greatly improved the production efficiency and management level,and also contributed to the transformation and upgrading of the pig farming industry and future development.
