With the development of robot technology,intelligent robot plays a very important role in peoples' life and production,and the human-machine interaction is also becoming more frequent.Meanwhile,robots are moving towards intelligence.The dynamic and uncertainty of the interactive scene put higher requirements on the intelligent robot.The ability of touch sensing of intelligent robot,as an important way for intelligent robot to obtain interactive scene information,plays a crucial part in achieving secure,accurate,dexterous manipulation.There is a great impact on the research of high sensitivity touch sensing of flexible electronic skin of intelligent robot.In order to meet the application requirement of high sensitivity flexible tactile sensing of flexible electronic skin,combined with the viscoelasticity,the percolation theory,and the synergistic effect,along with simulation optimization and experimental verification,a system of force-sensitive composite conductive materials with high electrical stability and mechanical repeatility was studied,and the sensitive mechanism of force-sensitive composite conductive materials was revealed.The three-dimensional(3D)porous polyurethane sponge was used as the along with its high flexibility and high elasticity,the tactile sensor with three-dimensional porous microstructure was prepared by the dip-coating force-sensitive composite conductive materials on three-dimensional porous polyurethane sponge.Three-dimensional porous microstructure composite dielectric layer with excellent electrical and mechanical properties was prepared by optimizing the ratio of conductive filler,template structure parameters and preparation process.High flexibility and high sensitivity capacitive flexible tactile sensing array and capacitive tactile information extraction system based on composite dielectric layer were designed by analyzing what impact the tactile perception theory,the conductive filler system,and the preparation technology would bring to the dynamic and static characteristics of tactile sensor.In the meantime,a high-performance tactile sensing layer used for was fabricated.The high sensitivity capacitive flexible tactile sensor based on 3D porous microstructure composite dielectric layer was tested and applied to flexible electronic skin to realize human micro-movement monitoring and real-time pressure distribution perception.The research could provide theory support for the research about high sensitivity capacitive flexible tactile sensor and its applications,which shows important applications in a field of intelligent robot flexible electronic skin,medical health,wearable electronics,virtual reality and human-machine interaction.
