With the rapid development of computer technology,traditional books are also combined with the most popular Augmented Reality(AR),which combines virtual information with real scenes to enhance users' perception of the real world.The augmented reality interactive book system is a new exploration of augmented reality technology in the field of education.By redesigning the traditional book,the virtual information of the book content is presented to the user through the display device,and the traditional static reading mode is changed,thereby bringing a new interactive experience to the user.Augmented reality interactive books is a new exploration of augmented reality technology in the field of education.Combining the characteristics of traditional paper books and digital information,it turns the reading state from static to the other,and displays the virtual three-dimensional information related to the book content by means of equipment,which brings the user a combination of virtual and real,multi-dimensional interaction.At present,most augmented reality books are applied to preschool education for young children.There are fewer augmented reality interactive books for college textbooks.At the same time,most of the three-dimensional registration modules of interactive book systems are based on logos to complete three-dimensional registration.Affected by the environment,often leads to registration failure.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a set of augmented reality interactive book system for college textbooks.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the current augmented reality technology,and the demand analysis of the augmented reality interactive book system,the framework design of the design system,the system module is divided while analyzing the key supporting technologies,and the technical route of the system is established.(2)For the three-dimensional registration module of the interactive book system,the accuracy of the three-dimensional space registration method is low,the real-time is weak and the stability is insufficient.This paper proposes a three-dimensional registration method based on the improved SURF algorithm.The method firstly extracts feature points by SURF(Speeded Up Robust Feature)algorithm,then uses FREAK(Fast REtinA Keypoint)algorithm to describe the features,and then uses Hamming Distance to perform preliminary screening of feature points,in order to obtain good Matching points,an improved LMeds(Least MEDian of Squares)algorithm is proposed for feature matching.Finally,the camera pose estimation is performed,and the absolute posture of the video image relative to the image to be recognized is obtained,the scene enhancement is realized,and registration is completed.The improved algorithm improves the robustness of the algorithm,reduces the time consumption,ensures the real-time performance of the system,and can be used for the realization of the system three-dimensional registration.(3)Through the analysis of the system to complete the augmented reality interactive book system,and applied to college textbooks,the implementation process of each functional module is described in detail and the image is displayed.Finally,summarize the content of this article and look forward to the future work.
