Distribution is an important part of enterprise logistics activities, how to improve the vehicle utilization rate of goods and reduce the cost of distribution process is the primary problem to improve the efficiency of enterprise logistics and reduce the cost.Cargo packing and vehicle routing are two important issues in the process of logistics and distribution. The vehicle routing problem considering the three-dimensional packing constraint in this paper is the combination optimization problem of the two.In the construction of the model, not only the vehicle path constraints are considered, but also the loading constraints of the wine tank are considered to achieve the optimal optimization of the loading and vehicle paths.Through my field research on the winery,I learned about the history and main business of the winery, and after deep understanding of the status quo of the enterprise distribution,I found that there are problems in the distribution, such as low vehicle utilization rate, high distribution cost, and unreasonable allocation of vehicle resources. And other issues; In view of the problems existing in the winery, the solution of this paper is:Firstly, solve the problem of low vehicle utilization rate and high distribution cost by constructing three-dimensional packing and vehicle path model;Secondly, the vehicle model is introduced into the model, and the vehicle distribution task is completed by the combined vehicle model to solve the problem that the vehicle resource allocation is unreasonable. In this model, the characteristics of wine distribution are fully considered, including the three-dimensional dimensions of wine distribution boxes, the ininvertibility of wine bottles, the influence of wine box packaging methods on the fragility of wine bottles, the placement strategy of wine boxes under different packaging methods, and the minimum supporting area between acceptable wine boxes. Finally,a multi-objective mathematical model with the lowest distribution cost and maximum vehicle load utilization rate was established. The multi-objective problem was normalized into a single-objective problem by linear weighting method, which redueed the difficulty of solving and improved the solution rate.In view of the unreasonable allocation of vehicle resources, this paper will continue to study the multi-model 3L-CVRP problem, and complete the distribution task by combining multiple models. In the solution, the outer layer uses the tabu search algorithm to solve the vehicle path, and the inner layer uses the boxing inspection algorithm based on the deepest position filling algorithm to verify whether the vehicle can successfully complete the loading of each path. The validity and practicability of the model and algorithm are venned by the actual data of the enterprise.By comparing the results before and after optimization,it can be found that the total distribution cost of the enterprise has been reduced a lot,and the vehicle utilization rate has been improved accordingly, which basically solves the problem of solving the distribution problem of the winery. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the relevant parameters in the model is earried out.By observing the change of the target value with the relevant parameters, the optimal parameter values are found to improve the reference basis for enterprise managers' decision-making.Figure 26,Table 14,and 75 references.
